Refund policy

You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to ask for a refund, for any reason. No questions asked. Email thefolksfile@gmail.com with your order number. You don’t need to delete or send back anything. We refund the full amount we charged, to the card or payment method you used. If your card issuer added a foreign transaction fee, ask them about it, because that fee doesn’t come from us.
